Hello! Thank you. I sure do appreciate you stopping by. I hope that you will look around, read, reflect, enjoy. My husband and I have been chilling, staying close to home since this pandemic started. So photo opportunities have been minimal. My husband and I love to do so many different things, but 2020 was mostly spent crafting. Oh and we’ve been homeschooling our grandchildren, so that’s been interesting.
Good thing I love to write. It’s been keeping me busy. I have been working on a new book. It’s all about what the Lord showed me in 2020. I hope to have it ready by Feb. I love to share the Word and some of what the Lord has revealed to me, hence this blog. I also love the music and ministry of the late great Rich Mullins. Come back and visit, read a bit, listen to a song.
If you have questions, comments and such you can post them here. Thank you for reading.
“I think I would rather live on the verge of falling and let my security be in the all-sufficiency of the grace of God than to live in some pietistic illusion of moral excellence. Not that I don’t want to be morally excellent but my faith isn’t in the idea that I’m more moral than anybody else. My faith is in the idea that God and His love are greater than whatever sins any of us commit.”
Rich Mullins
“Christianity is not about building an absolutely secure little niche in the world where you can live with your perfect little wife and your perfect little children in your beautiful little house where you have no gays or minority groups anywhere near you. Christianity is about learning to love like Jesus loved and Jesus loved the poor and Jesus loved the broken.”
— Rich Mullins
1 John 1
5. This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
